Ben Ratliff is a graduate of Wayne County High School in 2010. He has been composing musical works since his junior year in high school. Ben is a junior music education and composition double major at Georgia Southern University. He is a co-founding member of BPM Music and the BPM Community Bands in Jesup, GA.
